Corporate Governance Program for Directors (2002 ~ 2008)
1. Objective
The program aims to educate the directors and executives of the exchange-listed domestic companies on how to strengthen their corporate governance and to help them restore investor confidence and thus, enhance the value of the business. The course examines various theories on corporate governance and cases of domestic and overseas corporate governance practices and promotes interactive discussions by the participants. The participants will have the opportunity to enhance their capability to lead in improving corporate governance practices.

3. Corporate Governance Clinic (CGC)
Corporate Governance Clinic is a program where participants select a company and analyze the current corporate governance practices of the company and debate the strengths and weaknesses of it. The ultimate goal of the program is to find out ways to improve the current practices. - Participants will be divided into 4 small discussion groups and will have two debate sessions under the guidance of AICG professors. On the last day of the program, each group is supposed to give presentation on what they have discussed during the sessions. - The program fosters active involvement by the participants, and they will be able to adapt and implement what has been discussed in the class to real world practice.
